We are currently recruiting for a Tax Senior to join a busy and growing accountancy practice based in Bishop Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative team.

The role will involve working closely with partners and the wider tax team, with a focus on delivering high-quality tax compliance services and supporting clients with HMRC enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing personal and/or corporate tax returns
• Supporting other members of the tax team
• Assisting partners with a range of tax compliance matters
• Handling HMRC enquiries and liaising with clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a tax-focused role within practice
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
