Internal Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator Coventry (On-site) Mon-Fri, 08:45-16:45 (45 min lunch) £32,000 - £35,000We're recruiting for a proactive Internal Sales & Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a growing business in Coventry. This role combines inbound/outbound sales, account management, and customer service, supporting both customers and the external sales team.Key Duties: Handle inbound enquiries and generate new business Proactively contact customers and follow up quotations Upsell/cross-sell to maximise revenue Process orders and maintain CRM records Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries Support external sales team and meet sales targetsAbout You: Experience in internal sales, customer service, or telesales Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeBenefits: 26 days holiday + bank holidays Pension up to 10.5% Healthcare cash plan Life assurance (3x salary)
