Are you a customer-focused IT professional with strong desktop support experience? My membership based client are looking for a Desktop Support Analystto join the IT Services team, providing high-quality support to all IT service users across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, onsite role based in Liverpool, working five days per week on site

• ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE IN THE BELOW
• Exchange administration
• Experience with Autopilot.
• M365 user administration.
• Copilot for M365
• Zoom account management.
• Apple Business Manager.
