About The Role

We're looking for a caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our nursery team at New Horizons Primary School in Portsmouth. If you're passionate about early years and supporting children to learn, develop and feel secure, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
  • Delivering age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Observing progress and supporting each child's individual needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures
What we're looking for:
  • Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting young children
