Senior Interim Financial Reporting Accountant

We're looking for a hands-on interim senior financial accountant to step into a critical role supporting balance sheet control and reconciliation. This is a delivery-focused role - ideal for someone who can quickly take ownership, bring structure, and drive improvements across key balance sheet areas. What you'll be doing:

• Leading balance sheet reconciliation and clean-up activity across:
  • AR, AP and Cash
  • VAT, liabilities and other key accounts
• Driving control and accuracy across material balances
• Preparing balance sheet reviews and improving reporting quality
• Reviewing and enhancing the quality of reconciliations
• Partnering with stakeholders to run and deliver reconciliation projects
• Embedding robust, scalable processes and controls

What we're looking for:

• Strong track record in balance sheet control / recs / clean-up projects
• Solid Oracle ERP experience - understanding subledgers GL is key
• Hands-on, detail-driven, and able to deliver at pace
• Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working across teams to drive outcomes to completion
• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
