Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Protection Administrator to join a busy financial services team. You will support advisers by managing client protection policies, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and private medical insurance. The role involves overseeing applications from submission to completion, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage protection applications and follow through to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, advisers, and providers to obtain information and progress cases.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Ensure all work meets compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor pipelines and proactively follow up with insurers.
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in a financial services or protection administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases efficiently.
  • Self motivated, professional, and a collaborative team player.
