If you're an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity next academic year, Aspire People has a role for you!A school in Four Oaks is looking for an exciting individual with previous SEND support experience, to work with 2 children in Year 4 who are struggling to access the curriculum and are currently working to EYFS/Year 1 curriculum.These children do not have any behavioural issues.One child has been diagnosed with ASD, and the other is awaiting diagnosis but is also suspected to have ASD.This role is 5 days per week (8:30-3:45), but the school is open to making the role part-time if necessary for the right candidate.As these children will be requiring academic support, the school are looking for somebody who has experience working in a similar role, and strong curriculum knowledge.Aspire People also have high amounts of SEND Teaching Assistant roles coming through at the moment for full-time and part-time roles within North Birmingham.Whether you are looking for security in a long-term role, or flexibility within short-term and daily work, Aspire People has a role for you!To be successful in this role you will require: Level 2+ Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable) Experience supporting individuals with SEND Knowledge of the primary curriculum Recent primary school experience within the last 2 yearsApply today for more information regarding our registration process and roles we have!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
