The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the firm's Real Estate offering in Manchester, leading and developing a talented team while working closely with senior leadership to expand the firm's presence across the region. This is a rare opportunity to combine high-quality real estate work with genuine influence over strategy and growth.

Your caseload will include:

• Investment and acquisition work
• Development projects
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Real estate finance
• General commercial property advisory work
• Alongside this, you'll play a key role in business development, building client relationships, and driving the continued growth of the department

About You

• Legal Director ready to step up, or an existing Partner seeking a new platform
• Strong track record in commercial property and real estate transactions
• Well-connected with a network or client following in Manchester or the North West (or the ambition to build one)
• Confident leader with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire others
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
