Legal Secretary / Administrator - Private Client Team Central London

My client, a highly regarded national firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their Private Client team in their busy, friendly, and diverse central London office.

In this role, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support, including:

  • Managing correspondence and documents, opening/closing files, archiving, and updating records/databases
  • Assisting with financial administration and diary management
  • Acting as an initial point of contact for clients, arranging meetings, and liaising professionally
  • Coordinating business development and team meetings, as well as supporting marketing events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial/administrative role
  • Strong keyboard skills and proficiency in managing client-facing tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a flexible approach to work
  • A keen interest in Private Client work and a clear understanding of confidentiality requirements

This is a secretarial and administrative role; it is not suitable for candidates seeking to qualify as a solicitor or those without relevant administrative experience.
