Senior Oracle Project Manager - London

We at Fusion Practices are looking for a Senior Oracle Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our London office and lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will drive end-to-end project delivery, work closely with senior stakeholders, and manage global teams across multiple engagements.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP / Fusion implementations.
• Manage client stakeholders and drive project governance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
• Drive status reporting, leadership updates, and documentation
• Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with business requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion projects
• Proven track record of managing full lifecycle implementations
• Good understanding of Finance modules (AP, AR, GL)
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience in global delivery environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• PMP / Prince2 certification
• Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery models
