£45,000 - £55,000 + Hybrid Working

I'm delighted to be working with arapidly growing accountancy practiceto recruit aSenior Accountantinto their expanding team in Northern Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join a firm that offers exposure to a diverse and interesting client portfolio alongside genuine opportunities for progression.

This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for an ambitious practice-trained accountant who enjoys both thetechnical side of accounting and leading people. You'll play a key role in managing client delivery while working closely with an international team.

• Managing, supporting, and developing a dynamic team
• Preparing and finalising year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
• Reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns
• Delivering a high standard of client service
• Supporting workflow management and process improvements
• Driving the use of technology and systems within accounting processes

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CAI)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within practice
• Strong technical accounting experience across a range of entities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, driven, and confident working independently
• Previous leadership or team management experience
