Witham - 5 Days a week in the office (hybrid working not available) Salary - £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience BenefitsAs a Customer Service and Logistics Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of the Customer Service Department's "Three Pillars":
Working closely with the Manufacturing Planning team, you will liaise on scheduled and planned orders to ensure alignment between customer demand and production timelines. In addition, you will provide proactive sales support to both customers and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure on time delivery and the highest standards of service.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
