A growing residential conveyancing department in Lincoln has recently restructured and is now operating in specialist pods and they're looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to lead one of them.

Each pod consists of a senior conveyancer overseeing 3 case handlers, managing around 200 files across the team; creating a far more balanced workload with stronger support and better quality control. The focus is on developing well-rounded residential conveyancers, with continued learning and development and higher value files.

The Role

• Lead and supervise a pod of 3 conveyancing staff
• Handle your own caseload end-to-end
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day oversight
• Support development and quality standards across the pod
• Hybrid working following settling in period

What They're Looking For

• Experienced, self-sufficient residential conveyancer
• Able to manage files from instruction through to completion
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong technical and organisational skills
