Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a hands on Senior IT Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving a dynamic, multi site IT environment supporting approximately 200 users across several international locations.

This is a senior technical position suited to someone who enjoys working across a broad range of technologies, taking ownership of complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across systems, infrastructure, and security.

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and support the IT helpdesk
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and appropriately backed up
• Provide support across multiple international locations
• Lead technical projects and contribute to ongoing IT improvements
• Mentor and support junior members of the IT team
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to enhance system performance and security

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and support at 2nd/3rd line level
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Experience leading or mentoring within an IT support function
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Occasional travel may be required
• Some out-of-hours support may be needed from time to time
• Flexible working pattern available, including a 9 day fortnight or standard Monday to Friday
