Dream Medical is currently working with a Private Hospital in Haywards Heath and requires a full time Staff Nurse to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team. Across a varied caseload, you will need to draw on all your skills to ensure each patient receives high quality care.
You will be part of a close knit team headed by our matron, who provides the foundation and lead for patient centred care. With our consultant led service, you will work directly with top clinical talent, gaining experience with new practices, equipment, and facilities.
As a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body, you must hold NMC registration and PIN. Post registration experience and Immediate/Advanced Life Support are desirable. You will appreciate having the time to care fully, understand each patient's needs, and provide individual attention when they are most vulnerable. In short, you will deliver caring, high quality care that comes naturally for a talented nurse. You will be an excellent communicator and team worker - flexible and motivated. You will also interact with practitioners from other departments because continuity in patient care is important.
