Contract: C12 months (could also be permanent for QS based in Kent)

Outline of Role
To review original drawings v's what's been installed, find and log all changes to allow for accurate billing to take place - to work for the next c12 months on a project in Green Park
- Providing comprehensive financial and surveying related information as required by Management/Directors, including reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
- Measuring the works for interim valuations and final account purposes. Record of dimension/quantities to be taken
- Keep up to date with new technology and legislation as appropriate.
- Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required and/or requested by senior members of staff.
