M&E Quantity Surveyor - 1361 Job posted on 01 April 2026

Contract: C12 months (could also be permanent for QS based in Kent)

This role is open to candidates wishing to work full or part time, employed or self-employed.

PLEASE NOTE

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING FOR A M&E COMPANY (SUB-CONTRACTOR). THIS IS AN ESSENITAL REQUIREMENT.

To review original drawings v's what's been installed, find and log all changes to allow for accurate billing to take place - to work for the next c12 months on a project in Green Park

• Providing comprehensive financial and surveying related information as required by Management/Directors, including reports.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Measuring the works for interim valuations and final account purposes. Record of dimension/quantities to be taken
• Keep up to date with new technology and legislation as appropriate.
• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required and/or requested by senior members of staff.
