The Role

As an ECT Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Establish clear expectations, consistent routines, and positive behaviour management
• Create a purposeful, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) achieved by September 2026
• An ECT with a strong interest in Key Stage 1 or 2
• Secure subject knowledge across the KS1 or KS2 curriculum
• High expectations for behaviour, learning, and pupil progress
