Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients to support our sales pipeline. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by researching prospects, initiating contact, and booking appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and assess suitability
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
Requirements
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and outreach
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
