Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to identify and qualify potential clients to support our sales pipeline. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by researching prospects, initiating contact, and booking appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Engage prospects to understand their needs and assess suitability
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
Requirements- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and outreach
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
