The Role
You will take a visible leadership position across terminal operations, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver key KPIs and service levels. Acting as a central point of contact, you will resolve operational issues, promote continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving performance across KPIs including service delivery, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring high standards of safety, security, and compliance
- Managing and resolving operational issues using structured problem-solving approaches
- Building strong relationships with airport stakeholders and retail partners
- Supporting business projects, innovation, and sustainability initiatives
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement
About You
We are looking for a confident and proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- Proven management experience (ideally within retail or food & beverage operations)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes
- Experience working with inventory systems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges
- Strong customer relationship management experience
• Solid working experience with Inventory Management Systems
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio (desired)
• Innovation, thinks of new ideas and has the influencing skills to highlight what change is right for the business
