Managing your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, you'll handle a broad mix of transactions while delivering a consistently high standard of client care. This role goes beyond day-to-day case handling. You'll build strong relationships with clients and introducers, confidently respond to technical queries, and ensure communication is clear, proactive and reassuring throughout the process.
