Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well established and successful law firm in Manchester for an Immigration Paralegal to join their already successful team.
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Paralegal. The successful candidate will assist with immigration casework, prepare documentation, and support attorneys in managing client files. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in immigration law to develop their skills within a professional environment. The position is suitable for candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Assist with preparing and reviewing immigration documentation and applications
• Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress
• Draft correspondence, affidavits, and legal documents using Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Conduct research related to immigration laws and procedures as required
• Coordinate with government agencies and external organisations involved in the case process
• Manage deadlines efficiently through effective time management and organisational skills
• Support attorneys during meetings and court proceedings as needed
Experience
• Prior experience working as a paralegal or in a legal environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, including familiarity with legal research tools and case management software
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
