This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and keen to develop within supply chain, procurement, or ERP administration.

Supply Chain & Procurement AdministratorJob Description- Support the Sage 200 data-cleansing project by reviewing, correcting, and updating system records
- Maintain accurate supplier information, including contact details, terms, and lead times
- Update supplier pricing and cost data to ensure accurate purchasing and planning
- Validate key MRP fields such as MOQ, order multiples, safety stock and reorder points
- Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to resolve missing or inconsistent data
Supply Chain & Procurement AdministratorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry
- Confident communicator able to follow up with suppliers and internal teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering and basic formulas
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently to move tasks forward
