The RoleAs a Project Liaison Officer, you will support the delivery of our investment and regeneration projects across Barnsley.
Providing a proactive, customer-focused liaison service to residents throughout each stage of works, you will act as a key on site presence, engaging directly with residents through home visits, consultations and ongoing support.
You will ensure residents are informed, prepared and supported before, during and after works, identifying and resolving issues, including repairs and vulnerability concerns, and helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
