Shape and influence project delivery across a major defence aviation programme

The roleAs a Project Management Lead, you'll provide central coordination, governance and oversight across a wide portfolio of work within our Aviation business. You will act as the focal point for customer demand, project intake, change requests and proposal activity, ensuring all work is prioritised, structured and governed effectively. Your role will strengthen programme performance, increase visibility across the portfolio and ensure decisions are based on accurate, timely information.

This is a full time hybrid role, working 40 hours per week, with on site attendance for customer meetings and team collaboration.
Essential experience of the Project Management LeadFormal project or PMO qualification (such as PRINCE2, APM or PMO Practitioner) desirable.
Security ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
