• About to or have completed their PGCE with QTS
• Available Monday to Friday on a full time basis
• Shows enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for teaching and learning
• Manages behaviour effectively using clear expectations and consistency
• Reflects on their practice and actively seeks feedback to improve
• Is organised, prepared, and able to manage time effectively
