Job Description
An ambitious, down-to-earth, construction consultancy is looking to add a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with a PQS /Consultancy background, to join their expanding QS team in Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working alongside a Director and Associate Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be helping to deliver an array of impressive high-end residential projects for private clients including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments.
Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be providing pre and post contract services, whilst being supported by 1-2 graduate and assistant quantity surveyors throughout.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS is preferred
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree
- Residential, ideally high-end residential, project experience
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Client facing
- Driving licence and car
- Comfortable running your own jobs from inception to completion
