An ambitious, down-to-earth, construction consultancy is looking to add a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with a PQS /Consultancy background, to join their expanding QS team in Surrey. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role Working alongside a Director and Associate Director, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be helping to deliver an array of impressive high-end residential projects for private clients including new build developments and comprehensive refurbishments. Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be providing pre and post contract services, whilst being supported by 1-2 graduate and assistant quantity surveyors throughout. A rapidly expanding, multi-dimensional construction consultancy is seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project experience to join their diversely skilled team in London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role Working alongside a QS team of 20+, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be the commercial lead on a broad mix of residential (co-living PBSA, build to rent etc), office and heritage projects across London the UK.
