Workshop Technician

We re looking for a hands-on Workshop Technician to join a growing and friendly team in St Albans. If you enjoy working with electronics, building things, and being part of a supportive environment, this could be the role for you.

St Albans

Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pm
(Early finish every day)

Full-time Temp-to-Perm
(Permanent and contract options available)

£25,000 £27,500 (depending on experience)

Please note: Due to location and working hours, your own transport is required.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same:

• Building cable assemblies and electronic components
• Soldering connectors, cables, and PCBs
• Assembling monitoring equipment and systems
• Testing and configuring electronic equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Monitoring stock levels of key components
• Supporting production documentation (BOMs, instructions, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop

• Experience in electronics assembly or soldering
• Basic understanding of electronic components
