Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Leeds
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a well-regarded and growing law firm based in Leeds. This role is perfect for someone with 3 or more years' post-qualification experience who enjoys working on complex and high-value disputes and is looking to progress within a dynamic, supportive team.
The Role:
You'll be part of a collaborative litigation team, handling a broad range of commercial disputes. Your caseload will include matters such as:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and partnership issues
- Professional negligence claims
- Intellectual property disputes
- Insolvency-related matters
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own files while also working closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters.
