A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected construction consultancy based in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Supporting the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration
- Working closely with senior surveyors across all stages of project delivery
- Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
- Attending client and project meetings
About You:
- Degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Previous experience in a consultancy or client-side environment is desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development
