Main duties of the jobAs an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be a member of the accounts payable team and will process purchase orders and invoices and ensure suppliers get paid within the agreed terms. You will liaise with suppliers, act as a point of contact for supplier purchase invoice queries, analyse information as instructed, process adjustments, review invoices and appropriately transact all PO and non-PO invoices. All payments will be managed with Unit4. As a member of the wider team, you will also be required to assist in other daily finance functions as required and will provide cover in the event of other Finance staff being on leave.
