Main duties of the jobAs a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the care home, answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and providing administrative support to the General Manager. You will need excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a positive, friendly attitude. Previous experience in problem-solving and handling client complaints would be beneficial.
