Mathematics Teacher - Wirral

Start Date: After Easter 2026

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Wirral to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering high quality Maths education across KS3 and KS4.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maths Teacher who can create engaging, well structured lessons and build confidence in students' numeracy skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 following the national curriculum
• Differentiating work to support mixed ability groups
• Using strong subject knowledge to provide clear explanations and modelling
• Monitoring progress and providing meaningful feedback
• Contributing to department planning and resource development
• Maintaining a positive classroom environment with strong behaviour management

This is an excellent role for a teacher who enjoys working in a forward thinking department with supportive leadership.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong curriculum knowledge in Maths
• Ability to deliver confident, engaging lessons that promote progress
• Effective behaviour management skills
• A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Suitable for experienced teachers or ECTs looking to develop in a supportive school
