The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure every child is supported effectively.

Key Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant will:

• Support the delivery of tailored learning activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support
• Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
• Encourage confidence, independence, and participation
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and professionals

Requirements
The school is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic about supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will:
