We're working with a warm, community-focused primary school in BS16 where children are encouraged to aim high, feel proud of who they are, and support one another along the way. It's the kind of place where kindness is noticed, effort is celebrated, and every child is given the chance to shine, both in and out of the classroom.
They're now looking for a brilliant Learning Partner to join their team.
What you'll be doingYou'll be right at the heart of school life, supporting pupils to build confidence, independence, and a real love of learning.
This is a school that genuinely cares about the whole child. There's a strong focus on personal development, positive behaviour, and creating a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels valued.
You'll notice it straight away, calm classrooms, purposeful learning, and a team that works together to get the best out of every pupil. There's also a real emphasis on helping children develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of responsibility for themselves and their community.
What we're looking forWe'll keep things simple and supportive, just how it should be:
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real difference, and feel part of something bigger while you do it, this could be the one.
