Sales Administrator - Poole - Up to £26,228We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join a busy sales team in Poole. This role combines customer service with day-to-day administrative tasks. A varied role in a busy sales environment with opportunities to develop and make a real impact on customer experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and webchat
  • Follow up on quotes, failed orders, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Support internal teams to resolve queries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • This role will offer Hybrid working after the first year due to training.
