About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a Senior Leadership Office within a well-established higher education institution. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a fast-paced executive office. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, enabling senior leaders to operate effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex and sensitive diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate communications and act as a key liaison point
  • Organise and support high-level meetings, briefings, and events
  • Prioritise and manage workloads to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About You You will be:
  • An experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Trustworthy with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
