Our client is a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. They are now seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead the kitchen as the business enters a new chapter. With a strong reputation for refined service and elegant cooking, this is an exceptional opportunity for a Head Chef with a Mediterranean background and strong classical French foundations.

The restaurant operates at a high level, catering for up to 250 covers per evening, including private dining, and is supported by a skilled brigade of 15 to 17 chefs. Experience working within Mayfair in a luxury dining environment is essential for this role.

• £70,000 package (negotiable) plus a bonus
