Private Client Paralegal

A well-established and supportive law firm in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Private Client Paralegal or experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal to join a firm with a strong reputation in Private Client work, offering high-quality matters and a collaborative working environment.

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will be supporting fee earners on a broad range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Opening and managing files
• Supporting with the progression of matters from instruction to completion
• General administrative and secretarial support

• Previous experience within Private Client is essential
• Open to a Private Client Paralegal or a strong Legal Secretary looking to progress into a Private Client Paralegal role
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
