Turning Insight into Safer Outcomes Across a Nationally Critical Site

The roleAs a Site Investigator, you'll play a vital role in strengthening safety, learning and trust across one of the UK's most important defence locations. Operating independently, you'll lead and support investigations into events of varying severity, ensuring learning is identified, shared and embedded to prevent recurrence.
Day to day, you'll directly influence safer ways of working, shape organisational learning and contribute to the long term resilience of critical national infrastructure. In return, you'll build a respected career within defence, aerospace and engineering, supported by strong governance, professional standards and continuous development.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience of the Site InvestigatorThe successful candidate must be a sole UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
