Level 3 Teaching Assistant - EYFS & KS1
Aspire People are recruiting a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a primary school with pupils in EYFS and KS1. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting classroom learning and delivering targeted interventions.
The Role:
Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering lessons
Working with small groups and individuals to enhance learning outcomes
Assisting with phonics, literacy, and numeracy interventions
Supporting children's social, emotional, and behavioural development
Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and achievements
Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working with EYFS/KS1 children
Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
Confident in managing groups and supporting differentiated learning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
