As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you ll act as a true change agent, leading projects that improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen our competitive edge. You ll analyse and transform manufacturing processes, introduce smarter ways of working, and ensure consistent adherence to high standards across the factory. From driving continuous improvement initiatives to solving complex production challenges, your impact will be felt across every stage of our operations.
You ll use your expertise in CAD, including SolidWorks, to design and refine tooling and products, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and cost requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ll support project delivery, contribute to FMEA activities, and champion Lean and DMAIC methodologies to deliver lasting improvements.
