Business Support Manager (Housing & Community Services)
I am seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to lead and develop a high-performing business support function within a busy Housing and Community Services environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery across housing, property maintenance, community services, and regulatory functions. You will oversee business-critical systems, manage operational support teams, drive process improvements, and ensure robust data management and reporting to support statutory and operational requirements.
The postholder will play a key leadership role in supporting housing operations, repairs and maintenance services, income functions, community-based services, and asset management.
