A leading planning recruitment agency is seeking a Principal Policy Officer for a 6-month contract at £55 per hour. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in 5 Year Housing Land Supply, strong policy-writing skills, and the ability to lead workstreams with minimal supervision. Confidence at Principal Officer level in a Local Authority and a background in spatial planning are essential.
