To work as part of the Front of House team within all the Front of House areas: Reception, Service Desk, Meeting Room
Management, Switchboard , Event Management providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include ad hoc client
To ensure all client and visitor requests are fulfilled and exceed expectations.
To ensure all client site procedures are met providing a five star meet and greet service at all times
Meeting Room and Event Management, making necessary changes and arrangements as required
To work closely with all other service providers and the facilities team
Answer all Switchboard calls to meet SLA requirements at all times, requesting information from callers to determine how to connect calls to the relevant departments where appropriate
To carry out other duties and responsibilities Liaise and support Team Leader regarding SOP Manual update, Reports and any ad hoc duties that may be assigned by your Line Manager including SOP Manuals and Reports
