Service Coordinator

Our client, a well-established business within the construction sector offers a varied opportunity for an experienced Service Co-ordinator. The hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 4pm finish on a Friday.

The key focus of the role is to be the first point of contact for aftersales service support for UK customers and for training centre enquiries.

The suitable candidate will have good experience of the following: -

  • Coordinate service technicians' daily schedules
  • Ensure technicians receive relevant information to complete assigned service visits
  • Ensure service requests are responded to in a timely manner and with appropriate solutions
  • Actively monitor technician availability and utilise, as required, to provide efficient aftersales support
  • Be first point of contact for all training queries and bookings
  • Produce bi - weekly WIP reports and monitor them
  • Work with technicians to make overseas travel arrangements
