The RoleAs an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders to agreed expectations, producing certificates and skills cards in line with GDPR requirements.
You will manage the end-to-end certification process, including entering learner details onto systems, producing and quality checking certificates and skills cards, and ensuring all items are correctly recorded and dispatched on time.
Alongside this, you'll provide customers with materials, including the production of in house printing and issuing stock orders.
