Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Children's Social Care services
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Take accurate meeting minutes and manage diaries/appointments
- Handle enquiries professionally, ensuring excellent customer service
- Support project work, research tasks, and data collection
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Experience within Children's Social Care or a similar setting (desirable)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
