Head Chef - Luxury 5 Star Country Estate

We're working with a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Northumberland to help them find a talented and driven Head Chef to lead their exceptional kitchen team.

This stunning estate is home to a celebrated 3 AA Rosette restaurant, as well as a range of relaxed dining options and extensive banqueting facilities. With a recently refurbished kitchen and a passionate brigade, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced Head Chef with a background in high-end hotels and multi-outlet operations.

• £60,000 per annum plus £2,500 in service charge
• Assistance with relocation
• Working 45 hours per week
• State-of-the-art kitchen following a full refurbishment
• Leading a multi-outlet operation including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and large-scale banqueting
• Joining a growing, ambitious business with real progression opportunities

• Leading the kitchen team across all outlets, from fine dining to events
• Creating and developing exceptional seasonal menus
• Maintaining and exceeding the high standards expected of a 3 Rosette kitchen
• Managing kitchen financials, including food cost, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Supporting training and development to build a strong and consistent team
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety, and hygiene regulations

You'll come from a strong 4 or 5-star hotel background with experience across multiple outlets and a proven track record in Rosette-standard kitchens. A natural leader, you'll be passionate about seasonality, local produce, and delivering memorable dining experiences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, standards, and team morale all matter.
