Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School - WestminsterFull Time Term Time Only ASAP StartUp to £125 per day Long Term Role (Temp to Perm)Long Term Futures are recruiting a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Westminster, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.This is a rewarding long-term opportunity for someone experienced in behaviour support who can help students regulate behaviour, remain engaged in lessons and successfully access the curriculum.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support across KS3 and KS4
- Support students with emotional regulation and engagement
- Implement behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
- Work closely with pastoral teams, SEN staff and teaching staff
- Support pupils during lessons and unstructured times
- Promote positive behaviour, resilience and inclusion
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience supporting students with behavioural or SEMH needs
- Confidence working in a secondary school environment
- A calm, consistent and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies
- Background in mentoring, youth work, SEN or pastoral roles (desirable)
